Hopefully, your experience is smooth with the Clicks Power Keyboard. If you’re having issues with certain features, here are some common fixes.
I can’t switch devices on my Power Keyboard
Open the Clicks app, scroll to the bottom, and tap on paired devices. Confirm which Slot number is associated with the device you’re trying to switch to. Then, press the Power button on your Power Keyboard while pressing the number associated with the slot of your desired device.
My device is attached to the Power Keyboard, but it’s not charging
Ensure your smartphone is both MagSafe and wireless charging compatible (some phones may have a magnetic connection, but not actually support wireless charging). If your phone does support wireless charging and the Power Keyboard still doesn’t charge your device open the Clicks app. Ensure Wireless Charging is toggled on. Also investigate how much “reserve” power is saved for the keyboard itself (see the in-app slider below Wireless Charging). If the Power Reserve is turned up higher than the current battery level of your Power Keyboard, it will not charge your device.
How do I put my device in Pairing Mode?
If it’s the very first time you’re pairing a device to your Power Keyboard, simply slide the Power Keyboard open and it will instantly go into Pairing Mode. If you already have a device paired to your Power Keyboard, simply hold down the Power key while also pressing one of the number keys. Your Power Keyboard will then be available to pair to your device.
I paired my device to the wrong number and I want to change it.
No problem. Make sure your device is actively connected to the number you want to clear. Then hold down the Sym key and press 0. This “clears” your device from the undesired channel. Now you can Press the Power key and the desired number you want your device to pair to and follow the prompts on your devices Bluetooth connections screen.
